Joanna was so very compassionate & kind and explained the every step of the process as they took my mom’s casket from the hearse to her crypt in the mausoleum. We had Father Lin saying final prayers for my mother prior to us witnessing the men putting her into her final resting place. It was a lovely service! Thank you all!

Office staff were expecting us. They had all the details on my mother's prepaid vault. It only required a quick signature on my part and we were off. Steve was very helpful, kind, and personal. He even recalled seeing my Mom on occasion when she was visiting my father's who is laid to rest there. The grounds are very clean and well-kept. On the day we laid my Mom to rest, the staff on hand were very professional and respectful. They even took the time to put some of my mother's flowers on my father's vault flower holders.
