Steve was wonderful. From the first visit he explained how the service would be handled and showed us around the Chapel. Made us feel at ease, by answering all of our questions and making suggestions. At the service he had everything set up and even assisted the family with the memorial table and picture boards. Joanna was so very compassionate & kind and explained the every step of the process as they took my mom’s casket from the hearse to her crypt in the mausoleum.
